Shipping:

• You will receive an email with a tracking number when your package is shipped. Save that email so you can track your package.

• If a wrong address is entered and your box is returned to us, we will gladly reship it to you. Because we have no control of the package once it leaves our care, we cannot be responsible for a lost or stolen package.

• Shipping charges are not refundable.

What is your returns & exchange policy?

• Due to the personal use and nature of our bath and body care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

• The ingredients are posted with each product listing, so if you have allergies, sensitivities or a question, email us before you make the purchase.

• Open and inspect your box immediately when it arrives. Any damage must be reported as soon as possible. If an item arrives damaged: save the original packaging, snap a photo of the issue and email it to windrivercreationsllc@gmail.com

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect products due to packaging errors on the part of Wind River Creations LLC will be replaced at no cost to you. Damage caused by the carrier will need to be claimed with that carrier.

Why does my soap look different than the last time I ordered it?

• Because it's handmade, hand-poured, and hand-cut which means that colors, patterns, and shape can and do vary from batch to batch. Rest assured we will never alter the forumula or scent blend in any way without stating this on the item description.

Climate Alert:

• Soaps are cold processed and not affected by temperature.

• Skin care products should be kept at room temperature to avoid melting/freezing

• Please take your climate conditions into consideration before ordering because we cannot be responsible for loss or damage due to conditions outside of our control such as outdoor temperature, delivery conditions, or delivery locations.

Shelf Life:

• Cold processed soap is best used within 6 months of purchase.

• Use lotion, oil, or deodorant within six months of purchase.

• Store your products in a cool, dry place and avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
